I get these reasons for attacking but if none of these reasons exist, does attacking the Panzer Divisions and suffering outrageous losses actually slow them down in any way?
Or would it be better just to sit the unit there and make them go around you and hope that delays them?

Ok, thanks for the reply, I wasn't aware that's how the Air Armies worked.
I'll have to start attaching some Armies, I think I'll leave just a few attached to Stavka as firebrigades.

As far as I understand attaching Armies to Fronts will give them another roll for SU's attached to the Front, however I feel the chances are slim of getting these rolls and supply goes through the Army HQ. <br/>
