I am not sure what happened, my first torpedo wouldn't work like that but the remainder I fired a few moments later worked fine. I guess I did something wrong. Thank you all for your help.

I think it was the distance, I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing before, when I set up a new scenario I noticed it did work if I launched it a bit closer to my sub rather than far out. I probably was firing it too far out. Thank you for that help.<br/>
