RE: [1.04b2] Hire Juniors Strategem Not Actually Hiring Juniors

Hi Vic,

I just installed beta 4 and my new juniors have been generated between the ages of 16-23. Thank you.

RE: [1.04b2] Hire Juniors Strategem Not Actually Hiring Juniors

ORIGINAL: Gozzon

Out of pure interest do you happen to have recruit senior cards? If you do how old people you get from there?

The senior leaders I recruited were 86 and 90 years old.

RE: [1.04b2] Hire Juniors Strategem Not Actually Hiring Juniors

<t> I think I'm being misunderstood here. Early in the game junior strategems are generating leaders around ages 19-30 which is what I expect based from the description of the card. However the longer my game runs the card recruits leaders in their mid 40s to mid 50s. I added that screenshot based ...

RE: [1.04b2] Hire Juniors Strategem Not Actually Hiring Juniors

I get that, it's just that as someone who likes long games, I'm worried that if my game goes long enough, then all my junior hires will be in their 50s-60s and that really doesn't make sense to me.

[1.04b2] Hire Juniors Strategem Not Actually Hiring Juniors

<r> I'm on turn 174 of my current game and I'm noticing that the hire juniors strategem isn't hiring juniors. I have attached the history of a "junior" I hired this turn. She is 45 years old. I think what's going on is that all leaders seem to be starting careers at turn 0 regardless of what hire ...

RE: Cold War Database 1946-1979 Platform Requests

<t> I'm not sure where to put this as I believe the unit discrepancy involves shared units between CWDB and DB3K.<br/>
<br/>
The 1972 variants of the A-6E have advanced computing bombsights but the 1975 variants have ballistic computing. If possible can the CWDB and DB3K versions of the 1975 A-6E ...

RE: Thread for DB3000 database problems, updates or issues

<t> Not sure where to post this part as it's mainly inquiries regarding the F-35C.<br/>
<br/>
#4873 F-35C 2024 has the JSOW-ER but #3836 F-35C 2025 does not have this weapon usable in any of its loadouts. Additionally, #4874 F-35C 2028 has lost almost all of its external loadouts except the GBU-12 ...

RE: About to start my first Grand Campaign, have some questions

<t> Ok so I've been researching aircraft for future carrier groups. I am considering using the F4U-1D and eventually F4U-4 instead of the Helldiver by 1945 due to the payload as seen in the WitpTracker. However I do not believe that the Corsair can dive bomb and thus accuracy is reduced compared to ...

RE: About to start my first Grand Campaign, have some questions

<t> So I'm currently a month and a half in my current game and the Japanese have surprised me by taking Lunganville and some of the Phoenix Islands. Obviously this is going hurt the Japanese in the long run, but I'm worried about future Japanese expansion into Efate and perhaps the Line Islands, the ...

Hopefully the crew reductions would mean they could design the ship so the bunks don't need to be close to the EMALS.

RE: About to start my first Grand Campaign, have some questions

<t> I still don't feel confident enough to go that far. In spite of my relative success in China in Scenario 1, I've gotten the Saratoga sunk in a raid on the Gilberts, Force Z sunk in spite of moving them south, and a whole bunch of merchant vessels sunk by surface action fleets I don't remember ...

About to start my first Grand Campaign, have some questions
