Yeah, think Belgium and Netherlands 1940 - it basically provides an SE mechanism to simulate that situation.

Pre-reqs for the "To the Rescue" stratagem would probably be something like "The target minor must be at war with someone else" and when played the target would join your regime and you'd ...

v1.26o2 is being flagged as a virus threat by Windows. Is anyone else having this issue?

Edit: Ignore this. Couldn't get it past virus checker then, same file worked fine today. Not sure what the diff was - I didn't do anything that I'm aware of. Regardless, we're off and running on o2 now.

As far as I know that is correct, at least mods related to maps.

I imagine it would be a large effort to separately create maps and then attach proper world properties to it after the fact. If it were easy ...

I think your mountains need to be darker or sharper. From the medium view, especially, they look like wheat to me. I keep thinking they are plains.

I did all the original work on the biggest scale, then the other scales are just GIMP image ...

Bottom line is the the Forestate player should have refused the 'Normalize borders' request rather than trying to save 1pp or just not bothering to think about it. ;)
