v1.26o2 is being flagged as a virus threat by Windows. Is anyone else having this issue?

Edit: Ignore this. Couldn't get it past virus checker then, same file worked fine today. Not sure what the diff was - I didn't do anything that I'm aware of. Regardless, we're off and running on o2 now.

Thanks for the reply. I guess then, the only thing which one can edit are the graphics? As far as I know that is correct, at least mods related to maps. I imagine it would be a large effort to separately create maps and then attach proper world properties to it after the fact. If it were easy-ish, ...

Yeah, I was assuming Republica DLC was going to be about advanced foreign politics and diplomacy concerning itself with things like military alliances, trade partners and so forth. I think your mountains need to be darker or sharper. From the medium view, especially, they look like wheat to me. I keep thinking they are plains. I did all the original work on the biggest scale, then the other scales are just GIMP image reductions ...

Forget the previous post - it appears solved. The following turn the specific HQ reports are again available. It must have taken another round for report info to fully cycle through.

Neither of my two current scenarios is fixed - both still are missing HQ specific reports as per the opening post.
