Thank you for replying. I see where the adjustment for movement costs are and I see where action points are adjusted, It seems adjusting action points should change how far a unit could move. Adjusted the points to -25 but nothing changed. Movement was still the same. Any thoughts?

How do you replenish remaining sorties while in a task force?
