Many thanks. I checked (again). The GOG version does not create the folder in the Homepath. I started a new game and made a turn. Still the folder "My Games" remains empty.

I also tried adding the whole path manually to no avail. I also watched the YT video with the install instructions ...

I have version 1.20.00

I suppose the problem is a different folder structure on GOG Galaxy. Do you have any possibility to check that?

My friend has the Steam version and it works. I followed his exact guidelines but with me it doesn't (I have the GOG version).

The tooltips work, turn on messages in settings I bet you have it turned off.

SC4 - yes, hopefully. Maybe 2024 or so. I also wish they would scrap some of the more bizarre game aspects by then, like the different turn lengths and the corps(e) and army ...

I think I asked the devs on Steam once in EA and they told me they'd support the game "forever". What a shame - for Matrix, too. I thought with them in the background that wouldn't happen. One more lesson learned regarding early access.
