Is there a way to have the next unit tab display the next unit of the same Nationality?

Thaanks,okay understand lobby.But there is no option to activate under steam games tab that I can see.But the point is moot.

I have all three,and the keys.I figure there may be some multiplayer on Steam.But I cant figure how to transfer over to Steam.

I know Im real late,but any one want to play coh,I have ghost too
