Thank you for the reply, I've attached the dxdiag report. I will check my firewall and try the admin. I should have everything up to date as it is a brand new computer and i downloaded the CC games yesterday off steam.

I have recently purchased a new computer and am trying to run both CC gateway to caen as well as panthers in the fog. The main menue loads but then a pop-up stating: Buffer memory has been lost, and needs to be restored. Any idea how to fix?
