Unit BG & Southern Storm question

I just started think about this at work and i dont get off for another 3 1/2 hours
1: would using a rondel for the unt background cause interferance with unit Identification in game
2: In Southern Storm is air combat going to have some expansion ie, Dogfighting and the like

Would infantry in a NBC Defense Group still have NBC vulnerability or would i not put that on? I would just like to know before i add them to a new faction

I finally finished, well, to what i could consider finished, if anyone would like to test the faction i made a little scenario to go with it. I cant post it yet as i have to wait for 2 more days until i can add another attachment to a post.

I was actually pretty close, a few differences but not much, im using a slightly newer weapon system on it so that accounts for the differences.

2K22 Tunguska/SA-19 Grison

So i was looking around and i noticed the 2K22 Tunguska is noticeably absent from the USSR roster. Im curious as to why that is since it entered service in 1982. Was there just not enough made to justify putting it in or is there another reason?
