For some reason I can't see the Headquarters tab under Reports and Statistics. What am I doing wrong? Ver. 06, no mods. Europe 1939 Scenario

Roads

I'm probably not doing something right but I can't see any road hexes, only rail. Using latest version 6. Any ideas?
