When I press Start Sea Hag, it start playing all sounds at the same time. Some idea?

I understand that Chains of War is a standalone game, and a DLC for the main game.
Then, I guess that meanwhile I don't get the "main" game, What I miss is only the scenarios? Or there are something more I will miss? (database content, editor, downloadble scenarios and so on...)
