Problem initalizing CMO in new computer (Steam)

Hi!

I got this problem in the game when this says "Loading, please wait..." and keeps here forever.
Try re-installing but didnt work.

Any tips?

Is there any way to calculate fuel consumption for a determined loadout?

Is this possible?
In database viewer only appears specific fuel consumption (SFC) at sea level and military or ab speed.
I want to know at loiter speed and cruise alt.

I mean, if the Sentry also equip a ESM sensor, would have it the same capacities as the Rivet Joint?
