New Strategic Command player here.

1) Is there a link(s) to most/all Strategic Command Mods?

2) Is there a Mod that increases the strength or use of artillery in combat?

3) Can anyone tell me if there is a list of keyboard modifiers (such as Shift = Swap) in the rulebook or online ...
