Sidebar can move static brigades

How to reproduce: Pass a couple turns waiting for the 10th brigade constituents to arrive in huesca (one of which is static). Combine them at around turn 4-5. Move the unit with the sidebar in which it doesn't show up as static.

Re: Controlled hexes sides.

The on-map hexes are red for republicans and green for nationalists while on the LCU tab red=enemy and green=your side. It is a bit confusing.

PBEM turn resolution is not deterministic (turns are rerollable)

In my pbem I tried rerunning a turn and got completely different results both times. These do not seem to be purely visual but real, as the supply consumption/presence at a base changed. It seems to be a seed error based on the logs. My opponent has had a "anomaly detected" error popup every few ...

San sebastian hex display error

San sebastian (110,56) is listed as heavy urban in the terrain mapmode but seems to actually be light.

Negative devices bug

There seems to be a bug concerning artillery pieces that can make negative devices appear in unit TOEs and prints devices out of nothing. I have reproduced it with three
different units and it seems to be consistent. How to do so:

1) Find an artillery LCU with disabled devices
2) Click the detach ...

Re: Squadrons attacking against orders

That is how it works, open up scen 1 and try ground bombing ankang. You will see that some other chinese city or LCU will be targeted instead during the replay and that the orders of the unit will swap to commander discretion. Not sure where you got mission type swapping or secondary targets from ...

Re: Squadrons attacking against orders

Did the city you bombed actually have any units in it? I believe that ground bombing an empty hex might swap the targeting to commander discretion.

Re: Industry

It does check the engineering value plus a base flat value versus the industry and facilities (port,airfield level) and then based on that a percentage of every industry gets disabled

Re: Industry

Deliberate or shock attack has no (direct) effect on the result. The only thing that matters is how many engineers, or more precicely how much engineering power (since engineer vehicles count as 5) the defender has and the exp of the units that house these devices. From there there are three ...

Re: Updating database of scen1 in ongoing pbem.

For the record this is with my opponents consent :lol: . We wanted to fix the broken radar upgrade path for japan and make usn subs switch over to the mk12 after the mk10 stops producing. I gather that I am SOL then because it is an official scenario, oh well.

Re: Updating database of scen1 in ongoing pbem.

Well then I wouldn't be able to update the PBEM :P. I have seen references to it being possible and the ingame blurb "Add database changes to this official campaign?" indicates that there is some way to do so.

Updating database of scen1 in ongoing pbem.

I want to change some device specifics in the editor, mostly to mirror the updated andy scenarios. I copied scen1, made the changes then replaced all the 001 scen files with those of the new scenario and every time I try to update I get the prompt "Failed to update". Is this some kind of lock on ...

No definitive list exists except for this thread for stock witp (which is undoubtedly out of date) and can give you can an idea for the general philosophy that later changes in AE possibly followed https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 04#p741104

Allied player wanted (scen2) CLOSED

I am looking for a Nimitz to my Yamamoto. One turn per day, possibly more on some days. I am in gmt+2 timezone and have 2 pbems games under my belt as allies and japan that sadly both ended in early 42 due to opponents having SCLS :P .

PDU on, standard house rules:
Turn1
1. No tf creation or ...

RE: Making the last Beta Official

Would it be possible to add some font size customization (beyond the altfont switch) and maybe even UI scaling?

On modern resolutions and big monitors info screens and hover information are quite tiny.

<t> Take this with a grain of salt, as I am not sure myself, but I believe that the star denotes the fact that the airgroup can be withdrawn on its removal date,
while no star means it must be disbanded. Note that from what I have seen you can still withdraw the no star groups if their removal ...

<t> Sorry for the confusion, by industry I meant everything, including aircraft factories, engine factories and shipyards.
The numbers I see per industry are the following:
LI=240
HI=528
Aircraft Factories=954
Refinery=294
Repair Shipyards=112
Shipyards=280 ...
