my antivirus isnt blocking it. i do have admin privalidges and i did install and run with admin. i installed to its default location which is c:matrix games\officers

I tried both with and without the update and virus file yes

game wont run. it gets to second intro thing and then crashes with attatched error report before getting to the main menu.
running windows 7
