RE: Submarines - Bit too underwhelming?

Warfare Tactics Instructor and ASWO aboard a DDG: He states submarines in Command definitely need an overhaul.

RE: Bond is Dead:Sean Connery gone at 90

With this topic in a Grognard forum I was already setting the bars very low. Was still surprised to see that it took only one single post to turn this into a trainwreck.

RE: Operation game suggestions

Instead of saying thanks and talking about the suggestions, he immediately jumps on a clown posting silly pictures.

So many wimpy manchilds among wargamers.

RE: MAD detection of subs

Its too strong in the sim. The best `in your dreams` MAD range you can hope for is about thousand to 1200 ft. This is not different for Soviet, nor Russian, nor PLAN mad systems. First contact utility is almost nil. Subs in great depths are basically undetectable by it.

RE: Recommendation

Thanks

Well I played Northern Inferno but was somewhat disappointed by its dry presentation and some bugs back then.

Well I´m still busy with Northern Fury, Chain Of War, and some of the officials but will keep an eye on this.

The Israel wars are not my primary focus, did somebody play the campaign and can give some feedback? Did you guys enjoy it, was there authentic information, video footage, or story provided with it?

If your attempting to attack a enemy surface unit, and its database says it has a towed array, do you need to assume that its deployed below the layer, or does it depend on the depth of the Layer ...

Good work!

I must admit Command has improved alot. Great Steam scenarios you´re providing. Briefing descriptions and overall immersion are getting definitely better. So did the AI. Keep up the good work and don´t take it to personal what I said back then.
