I'm playing my first game and France is in dire straits. Is there anything I can do to influence the number of French forces will join the Allies as Free French? Are there ways to preserve the French navy (e.g., by sailing them to British ports) and/or French forces outside of continental France ...

Just started my first PBEM game using PBEM++. Seems to be working fine, but I'm not getting email notification when my opponent submits his turn. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.)
