<t> Found solution! It was Windows Defenders ransomware protection! It had prevented the .exe files from accessing filesystem. Added them to exclusions and everything worked fine.<br/>

I suspect this is Windows related, maybe try another Windows update or an update of your Video and Sound card drivers?
