Ok. Downloaded full 1.02 and updated to 1.03. It works fine. Thanks for your help!

BTW all prerequisites are installed and it made no difference running from a shortcut instead of the launcher. I even right clicked the exe and ran it as Administrator.

I tried this link but it is a DLC installer not the CMO game. I did extract v1.03 into its own directory but it is only an upgrade and does not contain all the files needed to run the game. But thanks for the tip.

My bad. I was trying to find a link to CMO v1.02 I didn't notice that it was CMANO. I figured since I couldnt run CMO 1.03, I would try to go back to CMO v1.02.

Ok. Thank you! I can’t get past the “loading please wait” screen on 1.03. However 1.0 and 1.1 work just fine. That’s why I was wanting to try v1.02

I am having the same issue. Everything worked fine until I upgraded to v.103. I checked the DPI settings per this thread, and updated all video drivers.

Quick question. What directory do I need to put the user scenarios in? I not ice that the existing scenarios reside under folders like Northern Fury, etc. Do I need to make a folder called User Scenarios and put them under that.? Thanks in advance.

Hey Tony. I should have listened. I dumped all the files in the HUCE root directory and it worked. Thanks for your help!
