No, I didn't.

I did an update to all drivers via Windows (presumably including OpenGL). Game still did not start after numerous attempts. Have uninstalled the game. Thanks to everyone for your patience and your help.

I don't know if my Intel graphics driver is OpenGL 2.0 or better and am not sure how to go about finding that out. I haven't seen any indication that it is or isn't in the previous information I've come across.

Yes. FYI, the game manual will appear when the button is pressed. Game settings will not appear when button is pressed.

I downloaded and installed the game but when I click on the "Play Game" button nothing happens. When I click on any of the other buttons in the short-cut panel nothing happens either.
