The manual states:

Rich Scavenging Area Rule
You’ll get +25% extra Scavenge Items for each scavengeable Hex directly around the Assets Hex and +10% for such Hexes at range 2.

I think that +10% is not working for range 2 hexes correctly? Only getting +50% here instead of expected +60%:

As in the screenshot below (-50% does not seem to have been applied to production).

I read this amazing AAR from page 1 and it was quite insightful and entertaining and I learned a lot about economy and other aspects of WiTP.
Hopefully Mike is ok and he will be back to continue this saga. We are just one day away from collapse of Chungking garrison [:(]
