Separate Categories for Medium Armor

Any reason why assault guns and medium tanks are lumped under the same category (while tank destroyers are their own)? It's pretty awkward when ordering reinforcements. I think they should be separate.

The view still moves around, it's just not centered on what's happening in that particular step. By "not centered", I mean it's completely outside of the viewport (sorry if I wasn't clear).

Battles not Centered in History Replay [1.03b12/1.04]

As per title, sometimes the viewport isn't centered on the battles happened during the AI turn.
Disclaimer: I started my current game in 1.03b12 and have updated to 1.04, but I incrementally installed all the beta patches as soon as they came out.

So, I fiddled with road blocks and managed to ameliorate the situation somewhat. I'm not exactly sure why, though.
What is the bottleneck overlay actually showing? How much logistical capacity in a specific hex is being actually used by transfers?

How can you dump militia units on the SHQ? Whenever I try to disband one, it says militia is autonomous and cannot be disbanded.
Right now I send the milita units too chewed-up to be useful to solwly die out of supply, but that doesn't feel right.
