time x1 in battle = real time
eg 20 second in battle = 20 second on your clock

multiply x 4, 4 seconds in the battle = 1 real-time second

You can check a gun loading time in Encyclopedia for each ship

The plan is:
publish on Early Access, get some money, use funds to improve game graphics, gameplay etc
If successful the 2nd part will be a Pacific
