I'm installing pictures for database entries that don't have them, but I'm not sure how to tell if an entry is from the CWDB directory or from DB3000. Is there an easy way to figure this out or do you just have to guess?

I'm still learning the game and am playing my way through the strike tutorials right now. There are a lot of links to outside websites in the briefings, but when I click them they open in Internet Explorer. Is there a way to get them to open in newer browsers like Chrome or Edge?
