Oh, I see that. In that case, why do other planes such as the AT-26 descend to a proper altitude do drop them even in the absence of the strike mission? (when just told to attack with F1)

Wow, didn't know about the Drakar. I read in a book called Blind Man's Bluff about a theory for the Scorpion sinking that it was due to faulty torpedo batteries. If it's true, it was completely avoidable.
