Any chance for a WWI game in the future?

How is this game in comparison to Time of Fury? TOF is probably my favourite wargame of this scale, but unfortunately has bugs, and also not so good UI. Or is this more like Commander Europe at War?

Each turn is 2 weeks time. The editor allows for any time scale from 1 day to 1 year ...

Is there a posibbility to continue playing after scenario end date? In case I want to fight on, and for example invade USA. If no option, can this be changed in the editor? Thanks!
