How do play this senario when you run out of supply during turns 15 or 16?

After 1941 my subs have no effect on the convoy routes.i have no idea what is going on?

Am i to understand that you must start over with new units in 1943 campaign and do not get to import units and prestige points from the 1942 campaign in the east?

I have played the campaign up the end of 1942 and it stops and i do not proceed to 1943.What am i doing wrong or missing?Any help please.Thanks Michael Patterson

Hi i have played panzer corps 2 and have finished up the end of the 1942 portion of the game but do not continue on to 1943.So how do i carry on further? Any help would be nice.
