Sorry, my bad. I was checking EMCON Doctrine only for leading units instead of the whole group.

CMO has a strange issue. While operating the group of aircrafts, overriding the EMCON doctrine (turning on radars/ECMs/etc) has influence only on group leader. Wingman aircraft don't turn on required system. Issue always happens on Israeli Sufas and Adirs, and sometimes on Ra'ams.
