<t> From what I understand, the Terraforming Facility now increases a planet's quality up to w/e Value 3 is in facilities.txt (80 by default), I'm curious though Value 2 is supposed to be how fast that takes place which is set to 500 by default what does that mean though, how fast is a value of 500 ...
