Same issue here. Tried on Steam and direct download. Not really interested in downloading a beta from a different site. I hope Matrix is going to fix this soon.

Yes, I hit deploy every turn since its production. The game finally let me deploy the airfield in August 1940, after Italy met the war conditions.

Italy, December 12th 1939: new airfield finishes production, but unable to deploy due to "no valid location". For an airfield? Never had this issue in previous versions. Change or bug? Thanks!

Probably either needs to be addressed in the scewnario conditions (which state that France will surrender if those are taken) or have the new pop centers ...
