Whenever I try to make a new scenario I usually get an error such as this:

I've tried reinstalling and making sure the game is up to date. It seems to happen ...

There was a mod on the steam workshop that edited that delay time of units responding to orders. I was wondering if something similar might be possible with air support and artilley?
