I’m having some issues at my fronts with energy not being delivered. So far everything except for reinforcements and energy are being delivered. Some reinforcements are making it, but zero energy.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Sorry for bringing this back, but can you nuke them without having units by when using ICBM's or do you have to do a normal attack then do switch?
