If you have the latest patch, you use the construct road option and one of them is remove infrastructure or something similar.

There was a bug limiting the BP on any project to 100. It's fixed in the latest beta patch.

Rename Leaders

Just a minor quality of life suggestion, but it would be nice to be able to rename leaders. It would make them easier to keep track of, not to mention the hilarity of naming one after a friend only to have them backstab you at the worst possible moment.
