When I try to join a friends multiplayer game, i get an error message pop up saying "loading error" with no further explanation. What could be the issue?

+1 to adding a way to enter windowed mode in the UI, or at least put something in the manual. Otherwise you can only find out how to do it by first figuring out how to search the forum
