RE: [1.05b1] Potentially odd planet generation

That option was added after the conceptualization of the planet types though, and has all sort weirdness to it (you can make moon type worlds with life that breaths gases that are not present in the thin atmosphere, for one). Limos has been RHL level 4 since before it's introduction.

RE: World generation question

<t> You can get the right mix with Boreas even with smaller worlds, but in my experience the game will start rolling worlds with very heavily CO2 based (even 90% plus) atmospheres if you do. If you go a bit larger you'll save a lot of rerolling, and rerolling for the planet basics takes less time ...

Yea figured it would be pretty hard to find one, I actually was able to once get a ice world to get a breathable atmosphere. It started off as low toxicity then there was a colonization event that added 10 percent oxygen.

RE: Suggestion: After changing Capital city name to update unit names

<t> Do you mean the cultural adjective visible when checking on troops contained within military units and on the city cultural info panel? That doesn't have anything to do with capital city name per se, the only thing that determines it is the default realm name the game generates when creating a ...

RE: Flamethrowers

<t> This might be neat in the sense that it could give distinction to the planet types. No oxygen? No flamethrowers, or at least flamethrowers that operate bit differently. Heavy atmosphere world with 40% oxygen? Rolling firewalls of death everywhere! (Though high atmospheric oxygen and probably it ...

RE: Why I need envirosuit on that planet?

<t> Too much sulfur dioxide will push RHL to 4/insidious. I think that's the reason why Limnos class planets will always be unbreathable, even after introduction of Earth plants and oxygen. I have also seen it on Boreas class worlds, though in their case it's only really relevant if you are going ...

RE: Anyone using Medium and Heavy Tanks?

<t> The US DOD defintion for howitzer is a low or high trajectory cannon firing at medium velocities, with length normally between L/20 and L/30. Per that, the M81 gun/launcher on Sheridan is indeed technically a howitzer. Or perhaps a gun-mortar, since the weapon seems to be shorter than normal ...
