Agreed. The game could have continued. But with Lonerunner's agreement I bowed out at this stage as Allies were pretty weak and I had some other games on the go, plus the leaderboard to update! (soon folks). I do sometimes play on after the fall of Russia with mixed results.

Based on the lack of response, I'm guessing that nobody knows if weather effects are cumulative or not. The issue is relatively important especially in Russia where I typically get hit with a combination of snow and frozen. It would be great if the developers could provide guidance on this subject.

Does anyone know if weather effects on combat are cumulative? For example, with snow and frozen. Are attack values halved for frozen and then halved again for snow? That would result in units attacking at 25% on frozen ground in a snow storm.
