Soviet Union stand alone option?

If this was addressed already, sorry.

Any chance you can make the Soviets an independent player (human & computer)? Like Clash of Steel, for example.
Everything is awesome, great game.

Just purchased through Steam. Everytime I push play I get this red X error message
