The mod works fine with Oceania. I've upgraded the event screen graphics as well. The only issues I've had are with the character responses. The following mod incorporates W40k terminology into the base game. This mod doesn't change the base stats or change the vanilla game in any way except what is listed below:

I noticed the tendency for the market to 'crash' after a big sale goes through. But it usually doesn't last for too many turns, and if you make a sale to restore your economy for awhile, then the market should recover by the time you have another large surplus to unload.

I know this is a small mod, but it's making a big difference. I'm not sure why the game was released with the stacks being so hard to differentiate. This helps incredibly.

I've looked in the graphic files, but didn't see an obvious placeholder graphic to overwrite. I agree that it would add to the immersion to be able to insert a custom pic. I'm sure updates will have this capability, so we may just have to wait.
