Could be helpful to allow pen drawing in a top temporary GUI layer to sketch attacks, armies boundaries, in essence to help organizing turn movements, and also to see in the following turns the success/failure of a previous plan...

Is there any way to change dialog windows position?

They appear in top left part of the map. And I am unable to drag them by "conventional" means. I have a huge curved monitor and my neck is getting tired
