If I may tag on to this: which aux ships have to be in Support TFs to work? And which have to be disbanded in port?

So far I have only found out that ACMs need to be dispanded but am still not sure about other types.

Can they be dropped on your own bases? As defensive mines?

That might be of more use so late in the war

Hi, just getting into the game and love it.

In tutorial videos I saw that people change the HQ of their bases sometimes (eg Noumea from French to US Command).

What's the advantage of that, considering it costs quite a bit of political points?
