Thank you so much for your help! I added the solution to the first post, in case some people run into the same issue!

So, changing the DPI from 150% to 100% worked, with a resolution of 2560 x 1440!

Let me see if there is a way to assign a 100% DPI to Wite 2 (the rest of Windows is too small for my eyes otherwise).

All went smoothly until the map was opened. I saw the UI for a split second, and then the game closed without any message.
