Also I cannot retrofit from medium to large. Should I scrap the medium one and build the large one after that?

I'm very new to the forum and I guess this has been already debated, but I would like to have some reassurance.
The exe file I have downloaded is recognised as a trojan virus by my AVAST antivirus software.
Any clue on that?
