Many of your suggestions sound like preferences, and the designer has the responsibility to choose those which best fit his or her purpose and method. Its cool to give feedback though. I dont use huge stacks, so the Formations suggestion is lost on me, for instance.

I have tried several planet classes, doesn't matter which I select, in the later planet generation phase, there is never a planet bigger than the earth appear, whether in terms of gravity or radius. Is it caused by some of my setting or it is meaned to be designed like this?

I know, exactly because division is a bigger unit, It would be appropriate to make it an HQ of several battalions, instead of being a subject to another HQ.

There are currently three sizes of unit formation, BRIGADE/BAT, CORPS/REG, ARMY/DIV, I think it would be more appropriate to swap the position of brigade and division here.
