Luckily I found the issue. There had been a Windows-Update hanging that i didn't notice (shame on me). Once i fixed this Windows update issue, the problem with the v1.06 update was solved as well [:)]<br/>

Resumeing or deinstall and re-install does not work. It always stops with that.<br/>
