Do Ireland and Scotland feature much in this game?

I see Montrose has an army in the highlands but haven't seen much happening on Ireland.

A Napoleonic version of Grand Tactician would be great. GT is the closest wargame to Napoleon 1813.

Has anyone managed to get the game stable? The open-source updates made it worse for me. No other wargame has ever had all the major towns and roads of Europe on a real-time campaign map allowing the player to carry out proper Napoleonic manoeuvre warfare.
