I double checked that my credentials are correct.

Yeah, load the turn and save mid-turn works but not when completly ending the turn. Always give me the message "General Error..." when ending the turn.

Same for me. Have the 1.22.01 downloaded from Steam but it seems the PBEM servers are not updated (still require 1.22.00).
Please fix this.
