Italian East Africa Front 1940-1941

I often play the North African battles, I have an interest in Germanys Axis partners.
However, Italian East Africa has been completly ignored, even though the forces and terain in Libya
is exactly the same.

Thanks Bill,that answers my question.

I have both my gaming PCs on a writing desk in the loft,
one is Windows 2000 and the other is Windows 7, but no internet.
Games transfer is through a USB Stick.

Strategic Command and steam

I am interested in purchasing Strategic Command, but notice in the info
that it says a key to activate steam with be added. Is steam needed to
play/activate the game? My gaming PC has no internet connection, as I always
play against AI anyway.
