I had same issue with 1 ship within the fleet. I ordered fleet to go near the planet, then group and ordered attack, but 1 ship goes totally opposite way. Then i tried ordering that 1 ship to go near place where attack is going, but he refuses and still remains on the other way. Very strange ...
