Sadly no, that workaround only hides the static noise file from the radio/walkie-talkie. The annoying music file must be hidden somewhere else.

Hi Jason and Berto,
was playing the By the Belt - Battle fo Landing Zone Albany, and have had ctd on 3 occasions. All occur on turn 6 I believe for me ( possibly 5). I have troops in 41,23 attacking VC in coordinates 41,22 when it crashes. Each time, same exact ctd.
Not sure if it is on my end ...
