There ia something in the beginning of the campaign about breaking up division as you might not be able to build again, or France does start out with more divisions, it might be something about army corp s and sizes that needs to be done in your doctrines??

Though I cannot say for certain, is there a dif between the first divisions that can be made and the ladder, do they have more manpower??

tAKE A LOOK at the individual days of the battle upper left, I think its start S, day 1 and end E etc. look for a red line through your ships. They dont make it easy though!

Yea I do wish they would not have abandoned the game, lots of issues and there is not alot out there for the napoleonic period

iF YOU LOOK AT THE GRAND army at the start of the campaign Jan 1805 its not that strong, has little or no infantry and Calvary, start over grab the guard div from the Imp guard and a elite calvary div from one of the corps to beef it up.

correct, but bring up one of the support units, and you can reassign them to another HQs, the VIII though is not available? so when I X out another box pops up pick another HQ foe 2nd Hungarian army and you see the choices
